- Event recap video, 60–90 seconds, vertical or horizontal — from $500 CAD
- LinkedIn headshot station — guests get a professional headshot on site, reviewed live on screen — from $200 CAD per hour. Runs as its own block, before doors open or in the final hour, so room coverage doesn’t suffer.
How It Works
1. Send the details — date, venue and a rough schedule. I reply with availability and a quote.
2. Shot list — a 15-minute call: speakers, sponsors, VIPs, must-have moments.
3. Event day — I arrive 30 minutes early to check light and layout, then work the room.
4. Delivery — 10 highlights within 24 hours, full gallery within 5 business days.
Can you work in dark venues and evening receptions?
Yes. Much of my portfolio is shot at night — clubs, concerts, galas. Fast lenses and a full-frame low-light camera handle most rooms; I add bounced flash when the room needs it.
Will we have photos the next day?
Yes — 10 edited highlights within 24 hours for your social posts and thank-you emails. The full gallery follows within 5 business days.
Can guests get their own photos?
Yes. You get a gallery link and a QR code to share with attendees.
Can you shoot photo and video at the same event?
For short events, yes — one shooter, both formats. For longer events where both need full attention, I bring a second shooter so neither suffers.
Do you cover events outside Vancouver?
Vancouver and the Lower Mainland are included. Further afield, travel is quoted separately.
How far ahead should we book?
Two to four weeks is ideal. Short notice works if the date is open — just ask.
